Prior to account closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. Bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
